I've become more and more intrigued by the guy that is in the UPS commercials. As a former middle manager in a big international company, my white board was an extension of my mind. I had to have the largest whiteboard in the company. It was beautiful.
I probably didn't utilize it that well. Most times I just used it to make points clear to others that were already painfully clear to me. Or I used it as the world's largest to do list.
But this guy takes it to another level. He makes cute little pictures that are really neat and can easily add accessories to make the whole thing work. A little bit erased here, a little bit added here and walllaaaah! Here is a guy pushing a 2-wheeler with packages with a UPS logo on the side.
Awesome.
So, I wonder if the people who write the commercials actually draw them out as part of the script. Or if there is another team of people? Or can the guy improvise them himself?
Regardless, I am awaiting his first office world tour that shows people how to make clear, concise pictures on white boards. He will be the latest craze - youtube videos, books, blogs, etc.
Where do I sign up?
